Letofin Trading’s one of investments in an LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) terminal in Sillamäe, Estonia.
The products (propane, butane and a mixture of propane and butane) are imported in rail tank cars, unloaded to pressurized storage tanks, transferred into refrigerated storage and loaded to tanker ships.
The maximum capacity of LPG terminal is planned to be ca. 700'000-800'000 metric tons annually.
Our idea offers quite a few unique and competitive solutions:
Good Logistical Solution – the cost of transportation and product handling is very competitive compared to similar facilities in the Baltic Sea region.
Combined pressurized and refrigerated storage, with a capacity of 10'000 m3 pressurized, and up to 80'000 m3 refrigerated storage capacity at minus - 42 degrees C.
Located in a free trade zone at a deep-sea port (natural depth of 14m), enabling vessels of up to 70'000 m3 (VGLC), 300m LOA, and 48m Beam, with navigation all year round.
Fully integrated distribution infrastructure for domestic markets offering product in bulk, as well as in ready-to-use tanks and cylinders...
